Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes (GST/HST), brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges determined by Canadian customs authorities. These fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control.

CiranovaStore.com offers on purchases over $49 free standard shipping to customers within the continental United States. The continental US excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. 

We use a combination of UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service for all of our shipments. Orders qualifying for free standard shipping will typically be shipped using USPS First Class.

Orders are shipped from Aurora, IL within one or two business days, and depending on your location, the order may take 3-6 business days.

Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm CST (Central Standard Time, UTC -6) should be received within 3-6 business days (not guaranteed). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm CST should be received the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
