Four facts prevent an aggressive or incompatible treatment.

PVC/LVT, linoleum, rubber, laminate, sealed wood, cork, stone or ESD.
- 02Existing finish
Factory PU/PUR, permanent sealer, lacquer, oil, wax, care film or unknown.
- 03Current condition
Routine soil, localized stain, film buildup, dullness, fine scratch or deeper damage.
- 04Project constraints
Residential or commercial use, area, downtime, slip resistance, ESD and manufacturer instructions.
Choose the least aggressive solution
Match the intervention to the condition.
Cleaning, stripping, adding a care film and repairing damage solve different problems. They are not interchangeable.

Typical system
PU Cleaner, Spraymax, Laminate Cleaner or ESD Floor Cleaner.
Boundary
Confirm the floor and existing finish. Do not use a stripper for routine soil.

Routine cleaning
Clean without changing the finish
For regular upkeep when the existing resilient-floor finish is sound and its original appearance should remain unchanged.

Protective care film
Refresh only when permitted
Add a matte or gloss sacrificial care film only when it is compatible with the existing finish and permitted by the flooring manufacturer.

Deep reset
Strip only when buildup requires it
Remove accumulated care films or stubborn residues that cannot be resolved by routine cleaning. This is not a regular maintenance step.
