Hardwaxoil TITAN es un aceite innovador adecuado para dar un acabado a suelos y muebles de madera. Hardwaxoil TITAN tiene buenas propiedades de rellenado, protección natural y proporciona a la madera una excelente resistencia química y mecánica.

Hardwaxoil TITAN tiene una larga duración abierto, lo que lo hace una opción excelente para su aplicación con rodillo. La resistencia puede mejorarse añadiendo un endurecedor UA al 5 % (opcional).

PREPARACIÓN

Asegúrese de eliminar completamente cualquier capa de acabado vieja y de que el suelo esté libre de polvo y otra suciedad. Puede usarse en madera lijada y cepillada.

APLICACIÓN

Remover y agitar bien antes de usar. Hardwaxoil TITAN puede aplicarse fácilmente con un rodillo (se recomienda microfibra de 6 mm). También pueden usarse una pulidora de suelos, una brocha o un paño. Maderas duras, como el roble, requieren un mínimo de 2 capas. En maderas más blandas pueden aplicarse varias capas. Haga una prueba de Hardwaxoil TITAN antes de usarlo con maderas exóticas. Start with correct surface preparation, then follow the application and care guidance to achieve an even, durable Titan finish.

Preparation

Make sure that all old finish coats are completely removed and that the wood is free from dust and other dirt. Can be used on sanded, planed, and brushed wood.

Application

Shake and stir thoroughly before and during use.

HARDWAXOIL TITAN can be easily applied using a roller (6 mm microfiber recommended). A buffing machine may be used for the first coat; however, for the final topcoat, we recommend applying by roller only.

Hardwoods such as oak require at least two coats. Additional coats can be applied for softwood. For exotic wood species, we recommend testing the product beforehand.

Optional: To enhance chemical and mechanical resistance, a 5% addition of HARDENER UA may be used.

Gloss Levels

Gloss readings measured at a 60° angle:

* Titan Matt: 5–10 gloss units
* Titan Silk: 30 gloss units
* Titan Satin: 50 gloss units

Actual gloss levels may vary slightly depending on the wood species, surface preparation, application method, and number of coats.

Maintenance

For regular maintenance, we recommend Ciranova® Flooring Soap. For periodic maintenance, use Ciranova® Maintenance Oil or first use Ciranova® Intensive Cleaner in case of heavy dirt. Hardwaxoil

TITAN is only fully hardened after +/- 7 days. During this period, the wood cannot be treated with water or maintenance products.
