Política de reembolso

 Ciranova accepts conditional returns WITHIN 30 DAYS after receiving your item(s).

 

You must contact us first at order@ciranovastore.com BEFORE you return anything. If your return is accepted, we will receive a Returned Product Claim Number, a return shipping label as well as specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

1)      RETURN of INCORRECT ITEMS

 

In case you received incorrect items contact us as soon as possible by mail or phone and we will arrange to collect these items and resend the correct ones at no cost to you. You will need to provide a proof of purchase by means of a sales invoice and the item(s) have to be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging as received.

 

2)      RETURN of DAMAGED ITEMS

 

It may happen that items get damaged in transit. In this case we specifically request you to send us photos of the alleged damage WITHIN 24 HOURS after receipt to order@ciranovastore.com.

 

Due to the nature of the goods we supply damages to the packaging may occur while the contents are still in perfect condition. If this is the case a refund may be refused (but we judge case by case).

 

3)      RETURN of FAULTY or EXPIRED ITEMS

 

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of receiving. If a returned item is found not be faulty after testing we will return the item(s) back to you at your expense. Always contact us first BEFORE you send anything back!

 

Expired items may or may not be faulty. We work with very strict MINIMUM shelf life dates. Chemical products usually start decaying well beyond the indicated shelf life. Our products are stored in the most optimal conditions (temperature, humidity level, dark storage). ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANYTHING!

 

4)      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

  • No returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • No returns on free giveaway items.
  • No partial refunds will be accepted unless these items were incorrect, damaged or faulty items. It is the client’s full responsibility to order the correct quantities.

 

REFUND AMOUNT

 

Refunds will not include any delivery cost charged at the time of placing the order UNLESS the refund is for damaged, faulty or incorrect items and explicitly acknowledged as such by Ciranovastore.com. If an original order was shipped for free the original cost to ship, which was not charged initially, will be deducted from the refund credit.

 

Refunds will only made back to the credit/debit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Credit card fees paid at time of ordering are non-refundable.

 

REFUND TIME

 

We usually process all refunds within 7 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
