Aceite de parqué modificado con una resistencia excelente al desgaste. Buenas propiedades de rellenado, color natural y excelente resistencia química y mecánica. Acabado muy mate que no produce reflejos con el tiempo. La resistencia puede mejorarse añadiendo un endurecedor de UA.

PREPARACIÓN

Asegúrese de eliminar completamente cualquier capa de acabado vieja y de que el suelo esté libre de polvo y otra suciedad. Puede usarse en madera lijada y cepillada. Para un coloreado más intenso, la madera puede humedecerse previamente.

APLICACIÓN

Remover y agitar bien antes de usar. Aplique Hardwaxoil MAGIC uniformemente con una pulidora de suelos o brocha. Deje que Hardwaxoil MAGIC se asiente y elimine el aceite sobrante lo antes posible (antes de que pasen unos minutos) con un disco o paño hasta que la superficie esté seca al tacto. Maderas más duras, como el roble, requieren 2 capas. En maderas más blandas pueden aplicarse varias capas. Haga una prueba de Hardwaxoil MAGIC antes de usarlo con maderas exóticas. Para aplicaciones industriales (rodillo, espray), consulte con el servicio técnico de Ciranova®.

CONSEJO: para prolongar el tiempo de utilización abierto del aceite, puede añadir retardante de aceite Ciranova®.

Los aceites con color necesitan una capa de acabado con Hardwaxoil Magic (satinado) o Hardwaxoil TITAN (aplicación con rodillo).

MANTENIMIENTO

Para el mantenimiento regular, recomendamos Parquet Soap de Ciranova®. Para el mantenimiento periódico, use Maintenance Oil de Ciranova® o, en caso de suciedad excesiva, use primero Intensive Cleaner de Ciranova®. Hardwaxoil MAGIC se seca totalmente al cabo de +/- 7 días. No utilice ningún producto de mantenimiento o agua sobre el suelo durante ese periodo.

Coverage is approximate for one coat and varies with wood and application. Drying depends on temperature, humidity, ventilation and the amount applied. Follow the current technical data sheet for the complete application and curing instructions.

Preparation

Make sure that all old finish coats are completely removed and that the wood is free from dust and other dirt. Can be used on sanded, planed, and brushed wood. Pre-wetting the wood can give a more intensive stain

Application

Stir and shake well before and during use. Apply HARDWAXOIL MAGIC evenly with a buffing machine or a brush. Let the Hardwaxoil Magic settle and remove any excess oil within a few minutes by brushing it with a pad or cloth until the surface feels hand-dry. Hardwood like oak require 2 layers. Multiple layers can be applied for softwood. For exotic wood types, the Hardwaxoil Magic should be tested beforehand. For industrial applications (rolling, spraying) the Ciranova® technical service should be consulted.

A colored oil should subsequently be finished with a layer of Hardwaxoil Magic (Satin) or the Hardwaxoil TITAN (roller application).

Maintenance

For regular maintenance, we recommend Ciranova® Flooring Soap. For periodic maintenance, use Ciranova® Maintenance Oil or first use Ciranova® Intensive Cleaner in case of heavy dirt. Hardwaxoil MAGIC is only fully hardened after +/- 7 days. During this period, the wood cannot be treated with water or maintenance products.

Protection integrated

This product is the protective finish in the system. Apply it according to the current Technical Data Sheet; do not add an extra coating unless the specified system calls for one.
