Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $49 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We also ship to Canada, Mexico and worldwide — international rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within1-2 business daysfrom our Miami, FL warehouse. Standard delivery within the US typically takes 1-4 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Check our shipping policy for more information.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours at order@ciranovastore.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at order@ciranovastore.comor call 786-799-1551 (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CT). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified — but you can return it after delivery per our return policy.
Do you offer wholesale or contractor pricing?
Yes. We offer trade pricing for flooring contractors, distributors, and woodworking professionals. Visit our B2B page or contact us at order@ciranovastore.comto set up a professional account. Volume discounts are available on qualifying orders.
Can I order color samples before buying a full-size product?
Yes. We offer a Custom Sample Box that lets you choose specific reactive stain and oil colors to test on your actual wood species before committing. Visit our Samples page to build your sample order. We strongly recommend testing on your specific wood — color results vary significantly between species.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. For contractor accounts, additional payment terms may be available.
