When will my order ship?
Processing and delivery timing depend on inventory, destination and carrier service. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the shipment.
When does complimentary U.S. shipping apply?
Eligible U.S. orders of $89 or more unlock complimentary shipping. Destination, product and service restrictions can apply; checkout shows the final eligible method before payment.
Can I return an unopened product?
Review the current refund policy and contact us before sending anything back. Product condition, timing and policy exclusions determine return eligibility.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging, photograph the shipping box and affected products, and contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the documentation and advise the next step.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately with the order number. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
How should I use the Coverage Calculator?
Enter the total wood surface and number of coats to estimate a practical range in liters. Coverage varies with species, sanding, surface structure and application, so confirm the current technical data before ordering.
Do eligible samples generate store credit?
Yes. Fifty percent of eligible sample spend is issued as credit toward a qualifying finish order. The sample program details shown with your order determine eligibility.
Can you help specify a complete finishing system?
Yes. Share the wood species, preparation, desired appearance, use conditions and project size through our contact page. We can help organize compatible preparation, color, protection and maintenance steps.

How do I choose the right finish?
Start with the wood species, interior use, desired tone and sheen, traffic level and maintenance expectations. Use Find Your Finish or the Application Wizard to narrow the system, then confirm compatibility on the product page.
Why should I test on the project wood first?
Species, tannin content, sanding, previous treatments and application amount can change color and sheen. A real-material test is the most reliable way to approve the result before the full project.
